In the beginning, I thought I’d never wear any braids again, until my son asked me if I’d ever try braids.
At first I thought, “Oh my God, I can’t do braids,” but then I thought about it and realized, yes, I do have braids!
But it wasn’t just that I wanted to wear them, but that I could finally do something that I never wanted to do before.
I have a few friends who are in the braid community who have gotten to the point where they’ve decided to take on the challenge of getting their first braids as their signature style.
One of my favorite ways to show them how awesome they are is to wear a braided wig as a way to show their accomplishment.
This was a fun way to introduce them to the braids and show them I had a lot of support from them.
It’s a great way to make people feel proud of their own style, so I think it’s going to be an interesting trend for me to keep going.
I think the first person to wear my new hair style is my sister-in-law, and I’m going to have to get my own wig for it to really be my signature.
