By MARIANNE AYALABAD The last season of The Greatness is ending after a record-breaking five-season run.
The network is working to find a new home for the popular animated series.
The series, which was the first of its kind, is ending its run with an eight-episode arc beginning in January, with a series finale scheduled for mid-February.
The show has won the hearts of fans around the world with its comedic and heartfelt stories.
The Great Americans has also been a favorite among the young children of the United States and around the globe.
“The Greatness has been a lifelong passion for us, and the fans have been so loyal and passionate,” network President Kevin Reilly said in a statement.
“We are truly excited to be bringing it to the network, which is now the most-watched series on cable in the U.S. and is considered a key component of our overall strategy.”
The network also announced its first-ever live broadcast of a new show.
The new show will be called “The Grandest Story Ever Told,” which will air on the network on January 15.
It will be produced by Warner Bros. Television, which also produced the upcoming live broadcast.
The “grandest story ever told” will follow a family in the 1990s in the aftermath of the 9/11 terrorist attacks, as well as the aftermath.
The pilot will debut on The CW in February, Reilly said.
The New York Times said last week that Fox will not be renewing The Great Ones.
The news comes a few months after Fox announced that it would end its live broadcast schedule.
“In light of the dramatic change in our approach to live programming, we will no longer air the Greatness,” the network said in the announcement.
